Booking failures

Flight and hotel prices and availability change rapidly. It's possible that your booking might have failed due to one of the following reasons:

  • The flight or hotel may be sold out for the dates you are trying to book.
  • The price of the hotel or flight may have changed due to dynamic pricing.

We recommend you to try the following:

  • Try to search again and retry booking after waiting for 5-10 mins.
  • If you're still unable to book, look for an alternative flight or hotel.

Payment failures

If you see a payment failure error, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your payment may be declined by your bank or credit card company.
  • Your card may not be enabled for transactions on international websites.
  • Your credit card may have insufficient funds for the transaction.
  • Your card details may be invalid or incomplete.

We recommend you try the following:

  • Call your bank or the credit card company and ask them to allow transactions on Travelstop.
  • Make sure you have sufficient funds in your card.
  • Ensure that the details entered, including credit card number, expiry, Zip, and CVV are correct and valid.
  • Cards enrolled for Two-factor authentication will require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the transaction, please enter it correctly.
