If you're an approver for a department, all the trip approval requests submitted to that department will be sent to you for approval. Follow these simple steps if you need to reject a trip approval request.
- Click Sign in on the Travelstop homepage and select your company (You can directly sign in using your company's Travelstop URL as well).
- Under the Travel heading, Click on Approvals in the sub-header.
- Under the Open tab, you will see all the trips that require your approval tagged as Pending.
- Select a trip to view more details, and you can see all the details of the requested flight or hotel.
- If you need to reject the trip for any reason, click on Reject.
- Enter a reason for rejecting the request and click Reject again. Once done, we will inform the submitter.
