If you're an approver for a group (department), all the trip approval requests submitted to that group will be sent to you for approval. Follow these simple steps if you need to reject a trip approval request.
Click Sign in on the Travelstop homepage and select your company (You can directly sign in using your company's Travelstop URL as well).
Under the Travel heading, Click on Approvals in the sub-header.
Under the Open tab, you will see all the trips that require your approval tagged as Pending.
Select a trip to view more details, and you can see all the details of the requested flight or hotel.
If you need to reject the trip for any reason, click on Reject.
Enter a reason for rejecting the request and click Reject again. Once done, we will inform the submitter.
