Learn how to manage company payment methods

💳 Save a company card on file

You can keep a company credit/debit card on file which can be shared with your employees for travel bookings.

How do I add a new company card?

Just follow these steps to add a new company card:

  • Click Sign in on the WegoPro homepage and select your company (You can directly sign in using your company's WegoPro URL as well).

  • Go to Company settings and select Payment methods.

  • Click on Add a credit/debit card and follow the instructions.

That's it! By default, the credit card will be shared with all the employees. They can select this as a payment option while booking a flight or hotel. ✨

Can I change who has access to the card?

Yes, you can change the access level once you add the card. By default, the card will be accessible by all employees. You can change the access level to Admin only (that way only company admins will be able to access the credit card)

How do I remove a credit card?

Just go to Company settings > Payment methods. Find the credit card you with to remove, click on the Access dropdown menu and click Remove.

Can I save a personal card?

Yes, if you wish to share your card for company use, you can add it by following the steps above. However, if you want to save a personal credit/debit card that's only accessible to you, you can do so in Account settings by following these steps.


🧾 Set up invoice billing

If you wish to set up invoice billing for your company and pay a single invoice, please get in touch with your account manager or email us at sales@wegopro.com

Can I change who has access to the invoice billing method?

Yes, you can change the access level once invoice billing is enabled for your company. By default, the invoice method will be accessible by all employees. You can change the access level to Admin only (that way only company admins will be able to access the invoice billing method)

How do I delete an invoice billing method?

Just go to Company settings > Payment methods. Find the invoice option you wish to delete, click on the Access dropdown menu and click Remove.
