You can set up email notifications that will automatically be sent out to users when important events occur in your company. For example: when someone books a flight or hotel, or an expense report gets approved.
Setting up notifications is quick and easy, here's how to set it up
- Click Sign in on the Travelstop homepage and select your company (You can directly sign in using your company's Travelstop URL as well).
- Go to Company settings and select Notifications.
- You will see two events: Someone books a flight or a hotel and An expense report gets approved
- You can select one or more users who should get notified when these events occur in your company
