When you book your flight on Travelstop, you will be eligible for any qualifying miles with your airlines. Below are the details on how to add your frequent flyer number at the time of booking.
📝 Note: We use multiple supply partners to get you the best possible prices for your itinerary. Some of these partners support the input of loyalty programme/membership at the time of booking, while some suppliers don't.
When our supply partners support frequent flyer numbers, we will show you the field to fill your frequent flyer details on the booking summary page.

When our supply partners don't support frequent flyer numbers, you won't see the frequent flyer field at the time of booking. But, don't worry, our friendly support team is always at hand to help you out.
Reach out to us at email@example.com or on chat at least 48 hours before your departure. We will take it up with the airlines to get your frequent flyer number added to your booking so that you get to redeem the associated benefits.
Alternatively, you can ask the airlines staff to update your frequent flyer number at the time of check-in (or during web check-in).
Claim missing miles
If your flight is already departed and you want to claim your missing miles, you will need to contact the airlines directly to claim your miles (most airlines will have an online miles claim request form).
Hotel loyalty points
Some hotels will reward you loyalty points when you book on a third party website, whereas others only reward if you book directly with the hotel. So it depends on the hotel policy, you can check with the hotel for more information.
📝 Note: Currently we’re not collecting your hotel loyalty programme number at the time of booking (in the future we will). For now, you will have to work with your hotel to get your qualifying points rewarded to you.
