Sign up mode allows you to manage how people sign up for your company. You can choose to make the signup process invitation only, or allow anyone with a certain email address domain to sign up for an account.

In invite only sign up mode, only the members that you send an invitation to can join your company. Follow these steps to keep your company account invite only:

  • Click Sign in on the Travelstop homepage and select your company (You can directly sign in using your company's Travelstop URL as well)
  • Go to Company settings and select Users.
  • Scroll down to Sign up mode section and select Invite only

πŸ”’ That's it. Your company account is now set to invite only. Only Admins can invite new members to the company, you can follow these steps to send invitations.

πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’»Allow email signup

You can enable email signup for easy on boarding. This allows employees with an email address from your company domain to join your company without an invitation. To enable email signup:

  • Click Sign in on the Travelstop homepage and select your company (You can directly sign in using your company's Travelstop URL as well)
  • Go to Company settings and select Users.
  • Scroll down to Sign up mode section and select Allow any email address from these domains:
  • Review your email domain(s). You can enter multiple domains if your company has more than one email domain.

πŸ”— That's it. Your employees can now find your company and join automatically (we will verify their email address). You can also share an invite link with everyone to join your company.
